Words don't mean shift The spirit and body want the same. Love, Peace, Honor, Wisdom, Integrity, Respect, Harmony. When we release attachments in the mind and heart the spirit can help the body go to health. The body is an ear of corn. Listen well to every cell for the messages of water, stillness, nourishment, gratitude, movement, breathing, allowing, and prayer. Become one listening ear for your cellular babies crying and give yourself grace through remembering communications. Undo the need for more negative experience by positively prayerfully waking up in the wilderness temple of your heart. |
